On Monday, June 11th Ford Motor Company was confirmed to be the new owner of this property after months of speculation. Renovations will need to be extensive, as majority of the building has been neglected for decades. At this point we are unsure what Ford has planned for the hulking structure, but they plan on doing an official reveal on June 19th.
